§ 525-8. Floodplain District.

    Permitted uses. All uses and structures permitted in the Conservancy District; drainage and dredging subject to the provisions of §§ 525-10 and 525-11 of this chapter; and general farming provided that no farm buildings are constructed.
    B. 
    Conditional uses and structures: dams; power plants; nonresidential farm structures; piers, docks and boathouses; hunting and fishing shacks, provided that such uses are located above the high-water mark and occupancy does not exceed six months in one year; filling; and campgrounds. All conditional use permits shall be granted only upon a finding by the Plan Commission that such use or structure will not restrict a floodway or destroy the storage capacity of a floodplain.
