§ 207-7. Registration fee.

The owner of each bicycle operated in the Village of Westfield shall pay a one-time fee as set by the Village Board to the Village Clerk-Treasurer and receive a permit together with any license plate or further evidence of registration that the Clerk-Treasurer and the Police Department shall require from time to time. The fee shall be established for the life of the bicycle.
